Since our founding, Squires, Holden, Weisenbacher & Smith has provided accurate and dependable surveys that consistently meet or exceed the standards set forth by the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc., the American Land Title Association and American Congress on Surveying and Mapping as well as those of individual and corporate clients. S.H.W. & S Land Surveyors, PC and our predecessors firm Wallace H. Halsey have maintained and preserved land records of the East End since 1903.

To consistently provide this type of service, S.H.W. & S Land Surveyors, PC is very selective in the procedures, personnel and equipment we employ to prepare our surveys.

With a staff of 15, our firm offers services in surveying, mapping and civil engineering, including land surveys, topographic mapping, subdivision planning and design, site planning and design, sanitary design, drainage analysis and design, roadway design and layout.

We have developed a strong information base in our practice area. The principals have contributed to that base by developing an extensive understanding of the resources available in the area.

In addition to public records, we have accumulated one of the largest libraries of private land information available in the area. This information includes land survey records, topographic mapping and historic maps and records.
